Revitalize your town center: improve housing supply and access to services and commercial activities.

Consolidate their role as central points for medium-sized towns, strengthen the territorial network, and enable them to face future demographic, economic, or social challenges.

Regional aid is intended to support municipalities with a central role wishing to revitalize their town center in order to improve housing supply and access to services and commercial activities.

Eligible expenses concern strategic studies for town center revitalization as well as investments concerning town center redevelopment operations;

Energy requirements

• Building renovation operations: minimum 40% primary energy gain compared to the situation before works and achievement of at least class C for residential buildings;
• Building construction operations: achievement of minimum passive level;
• Integration of 4 sustainable development criteria for construction operations and for rehabilitation operations among the ten criteria listed in the intervention regulation.
