Engaging in the Cit'ergie Climate-Air-Energy Labeling Program

Cit'ergie is a management and labeling program that rewards local authorities for implementing an ambitious climate-air-energy policy.

The assistance consists of financial support from a Cit'ergie advisor accredited by ADEME and technical support in mastering the evaluation and labeling process.

To meet the challenge of climate change, local authorities have a decisive role to play in defining and implementing actions aimed at reducing greenhouse gas emissions, improving energy efficiency, reducing air pollution, developing renewable energies, and adapting to climate change.

It is now recognized that strong commitment from local authorities in the energy transition is synonymous with economic development, attractiveness, and quality of life for their residents.
