Training in the management of burial recovery procedures

Lack of space? Make way for repossessions.

Space problems are multiplying in cemeteries, and the question of grave repossessions is becoming increasingly pressing. The training will focus on the different repossession procedures, and will allow trainees to understand the drafting of the necessary acts and documents.

CONTENT (Educational progression)

• Context and challenges
• Legal frameworks applicable to repossessions:

1. common ground repossession
2. repossession of expired, non-renewed concessions
3. repossession of abandoned concessions

• Drafting of acts and documents:

1. drafting of acts and documents for common ground and expired concession repossession
2. drafting of acts and documents for repossession of abandoned concessions (with collective work session on drafting reports)

• Fate of goods and remains
• Debriefing
