SMP - The Single Market Programme aims to strengthen the governance of the EU single market.

• Total call budget: 1 million euros
• Grant amount: between 50,000 and 300,000 euros
• Co-financing rate: up to 90% of total eligible costs

Objectives

• Co-finance projects aimed at training national judges in the application of European competition rules
• Ensure consistent and uniform application of European competition law by national courts

Priorities

• Priority 1: Training on the application of Articles 101 and 102 TFEU and relevant secondary law
• Priority 2: Training focused on procedural safeguards and effective enforcement of European competition law
• Priority 3: Training focused on national laws implementing Directive 2014/104 on damages actions…
