Objectives

• Strengthen employee involvement in companies by raising awareness and contributing to the implementation of European Union law and policies in this area
• Support projects aimed at accompanying, through social dialogue at the company level, the major changes induced by industrial transitions and, in particular, the establishment and proper functioning of European works councils
