Support and make training viable in CFAs for geographical or economic reasons, establish a social fund, assist with national or international mobility

Description

The Region intervenes in the operation of Apprentice Training Centers (CFAs) by increasing the coverage of apprenticeship contracts. The Region's support primarily concerns making apprenticeship training viable. It can also be used to establish a social fund for young people with financial difficulties, to finance national or international mobility actions, or to cover the training of contracts signed in the territorial public service before January 1, 2020. This support is provided within the limit of the envelope allocated by the State to the Region via France Compétences. This fund is intended for centers that meet national declaration and quality obligations, and have been engaged in apprenticeship activity for at least one year at the time of application. Until the end of the 2022 financial year, CFAs providing training that was contracted by the Region on August 31, 2019, will be given priority, given their derogatory funding method established by Decree No. 2019-1326 of December 10, 2019, relating to France Compétences and skills operators.
