- A public and private non-profit health establishment
- A group of health professionals, who may be self-employed or salaried, medical or paramedical: Société Civile Immobilière, Société Interprofessionnelle de Soins Ambulatoires, association, Communauté Professionnelle Territoriale de Santé, Equipe de Soins Primaires, etc.
- A health professional referenced in the Health Insurance directory.
- A public or private landlord provided that it meets a public interest defined with the other co-funders.
