Local authorities responsible for drinking water, with the exception of Grand Angoulême and Grand Cognac.

REGULATION DESCRIPTION

The Department provides support, subject to eligibility, for major operations and works that contribute to the improvement of drinking water distribution, both qualitatively and quantitatively, for so-called "strategic" resources or justified by considerations of supply security, sanitation, and public health protection.

CALCULATION METHOD

• Securing - treatment units

Eligibility criteria: to address the following issues: bacteriology turbidity, arsenic, nitrates, phytosanitary products and emerging micropollutants; funding conditioned on the implementation of an action plan to restore water quality

Rate: 15%

• Securing - network interconnections

Eligibility criteria: to compensate for an insufficiency of mobilizable resources or to compensate for a qualitative problem; only for structural and permanent interconnections

Rate: 15%

• Securing - commissioning of new resources

Eligibility criteria: to compensate for an insufficiency of mobilizable resources or to compensate for a qualitative problem; funding conditioned on the implementation of an action plan to preserve…
