Support for facilitating collective digital mediation workshops in the Vaucluse department

Facilitation of collective digital mediation workshops including:

• The establishment of collective digital mediation workshops by the subsidized structure (within the limit of two subsidized workshops per month and with a minimum of one workshop organized per month and with a minimum of 8 people per workshop)
• Workshops that are part of the major challenges of the departmental schemes identified above, and in particular the Departmental Scheme for Improving the Accessibility of Public Services in Vaucluse, and this, in full complementarity with the initiatives launched around the Call for Projects concerning the Vaucluse Digital Inclusion Network (late 2019/early 2020) and the France Services network
• A presentation of the content programming and themes that will be covered in the workshops over the year, as well as the projected facilitation methods (non-exhaustive examples: "Discovering the Internet, tablets and first learnings", "Staying connected with your territory", "Staying connected with your family and friends", "Online administrative procedures"...)
• The facilitation of digital mediation workshops with ad-hoc computer devices by qualified employee(s) on the themes covered
• Workshops set up physically in the volunteer structure…
