REGULATION DESCRIPTION

The Department provides support, subject to eligibility, for major operations and works that contribute to the treatment of wastewater from communities and provide a benefit for the quality of aquatic environments (pollution reduction, ecosystem protection, etc.).

• Works on wastewater treatment plants

Eligibility criteria: works on the water and sludge treatment line, having a diagnostic study of the sanitation system

Rate: 25%

• Works on wastewater networks

Eligibility criteria: works aimed at limiting parasitic water inputs identified in a diagnostic study, creation of collection networks only linked to the creation of a new sanitation system

Rate: 25%

After applying the criteria and deducting all aid obtained, the Department's contribution will represent at most 50% of the remaining cost to the project owner and cannot exceed a grant ceiling of €250,000. The phasing of an operation…
