Support for real estate investment by local businesses

The Communauté de communes Falaises du Talou, competent in economic development actions, wishes to strengthen the local economic fabric and contribute to the attractiveness of the intercommunal territory, by supporting real estate investments by businesses, as long as they create resources or generate jobs for the territory.

The Communauté de Communes is setting up a business real estate aid scheme under the conditions defined in these regulations.
 

Terms of application of the aid

Aid for real estate investment by businesses is granted for projects located in the territory of the Communauté de communes Falaises du Talou
