Aware of the complexity and inherent precariousness of the cultural sector, the challenges of developing qualifications, creating and consolidating jobs, and integrating young professionals are at the heart of the integrated "training-economy-employment" approach developed by regional action.

Indeed, for the past twenty years, the world of entertainment and culture has undergone profound transformations due to the combined effect of artistic, technological, social, economic, and structural evolutions that have had major consequences on employment.
The Region continues and consolidates its project to support training tools and professional development pathways in the territory that can globally meet the demand of cultural sector actors.

The Region's aim is to prepare young professionals and adults for the evolution of professions, as well as to respond through professionalization to the challenges of renewing qualifications and evolving professions in the cultural sector.

The region has, in the field of visual and performing arts, several higher education and/or professional institutions operating within a very specific intervention framework.
