Support for the creation of Shared Energy Advisor (CEP) positions

Aid - "Support scheme for the creation of Shared Energy Advisor (CEP) positions", set up by ADEME
Objective:
The Shared Energy Advisory scheme aims to provide energy skills to municipalities that do not have the size and sufficient means to employ a specialized technician, in order to enable them to make choices regarding energy performance and consumable management of their assets.

Beneficiaries: the target of the CEP scheme are municipalities with fewer than 10,000 inhabitants.

Eligible actions: support for the creation of one (or more) CEP position(s) and a service organization consistent with this mission, for a maximum of 3 years

Support:

• Funding for the implementation/extension of the service, i.e. the first 3 years,
  
• Maximum basic flat rate: 30 k€ /FTE/year,
  
• Equipment expenses related to job creation: 15 k€ /FTE maximum,
  
• External Communication expenses...: 60 k€ over 3 years maximum.
