Supporting the production of PLUS and PLA-I housing through acquisition - improvement for the elderly

DEVICE DESCRIPTION

Create individual housing in small collective buildings, with common areas and proposals for supporting elderly people with the aim of maintaining their autonomy, in town centers and city centers.

Objectives: to offer an attractive housing formula, an alternative to individual homes and collective accommodation by allowing:

• to occupy suitable housing in terms of comfort, space and equipment
• to promote autonomy of life and anticipate its evolution
• to promote exchanges, social ties to break isolation
• to promote proximity to services, transport, shops
• to reinvest in town centers
• to contribute to land sobriety
  

Target audience: people over 65, whose incomes correspond to the resource ceilings for access to social and very social housing and people over 65 whose incomes are too high to be eligible for HLM but too low to afford private housing. 

CALCULATION METHOD

Lump sum aid per dwelling:

• PLA-I and PLUS in acquisition-improvement, land recycling operation (qualified as such by state services): €12,000
