Support for the creation of sports facilities primarily for colleges

The Departmental Council wishes to continue its policy of concerted development with the communes in order to optimize its resources and those of partner communities and to deploy a range of sports facilities adapted to the needs of colleges and territories.

The purpose of this scheme is to help communes create and renovate facilities adapted to the specific needs of colleges.

The maximum aid rate is 36% by derogation from Part I of the single regulation.

The aforementioned rates and ceilings are "maximums", their determination for each eligible project being a function of available credits and the instruction of the application file.

The floor of eligible expenses is set at 10,000 € excluding VAT, by derogation from Part I of the internal regulations.

The ceiling for eligible expenses is set at 1,000,000 € except in the following cases:

• the ceiling for subsidizable expenditure is increased to 2,000,000 € excluding VAT in the case of the creation or restructuring/rehabilitation of a covered facility such as a gymnasium, i.e. a facility meeting the following cumulative criteria:
• a facility that is airtight, watertight and heated;
• a multi-purpose facility allowing the practice of several groups of physical and sports activities;
• a facility allowing the simultaneous reception of at least 2 work units.
