Supporting the creation of family plots as part of the development of housing adapted for Travellers

DESCRIPTION OF THE SCHEME

In order to strengthen its policy in favor of accommodation and housing for disadvantaged people in Charente, and in accordance with action sheets n°16 relating to the “development of adapted housing solutions for Travellers in a secure environment for operators” of the PDALHPD 2025-2030 adopted by deliberation on October 17, 2025, the Department may grant its support for the creation of family plots adapted for Travellers.

The Department had also approved the Departmental Reception Scheme for Travellers 2015–2020 (axis 2 action 2.2).

CALCULATION METHOD

Flat-rate subsidy of 3.000 € per family plot including built structures.
