Engage the social housing stock in the energy and climate transition to maintain an offering of comfortable, energy-efficient, and low-carbon social housing (objective of Sraddet and PREE Nouvelle-Aquitaine: energetically renovate 5000 to 7000 social housing units per year)

Develop the housing supply and fight against energy poverty for households
