DESCRIPTION OF THE SCHEME

Improvement of the living environment of the territory

CALCULATION METHOD

• 30% of an expenditure capped at 153,000 € HT per functional phase of work
• 30% of an expenditure capped at 70,000 € HT for greening projects and creation of soft paths (not necessarily preceded by an operational study)

Possible increases:

• 10-point increase for works within the perimeter of a protected site, if the latter has generated an architectural additional cost, justified by the Departmental Unit of Architecture and Heritage (UDAP - Bâtiments de France).
• 15-point increase for the most virtuous projects in terms of sustainable development, upon express request of the beneficiary and favorable opinion of the competent departmental authority.
