Supporting social student housing

This aid scheme aims to support the production of new housing, either new construction or building recycling, for students, and the overall renovation of university residences. Accelerate the development of supply in high-demand areas where land is difficult to mobilize. Disseminate and support supply around territorial hubs based on current and future needs. Ensure control of remaining costs for the most vulnerable. Encourage ambitious rehabilitation projects, integrating social or environmental innovation (reuse, bio-sourced materials, local supply chains, etc.) and demonstrating a positive impact on tenants' remaining costs. Promote land innovations, optimization of already developed land: elevation, improved acquisition, site reconversion, multi-use operations, "chronotopy" (thinking about space based on available time and possible uses, while considering the different publics present)
