DEVICE DESCRIPTION

The product of police fines related to road traffic is collected by the State then distributed by the Department, for the benefit of municipalities with fewer than 10,000 inhabitants and public inter-municipal cooperation establishments with the 3 competencies (parking, public transport and roads) for the realization of works to improve public transport, safety and road traffic.

CALCULATION METHOD

An amount of eligible expenditure (DS) is calculated according to the nature of the security operation.

• safety developments with particular stakes:
  

- near schools, cultural and highly frequented sports establishments
- in favor of soft modes of travel
- at intersections with at least one departmental road
- as part of maintenance work on engineering structures ordered by road safety requirements.
