Support for industrial chairs

The Grand Est Region wishes to strengthen the bridges between academic research and businesses, by creating a high-level research environment.

The scheme aims to:

• bring the private R&D sector closer to the regional academic research potential to increase R&D investment and encourage the participation of research and technology transfer organizations in the development of innovative products and processes;
• direct regional support towards research with high innovation potential and attract the recruitment of high-level researchers;
• increase the employability of highly qualified personnel trained in a dual laboratory and business culture.

Amount of aid:

Maximum rate: equal to private investment within the limit of 30% of the eligible base

Regional aid ceiling: maximum €120K per year within the limit of 5 years
