Support communities in their investments in the public domain guaranteeing the safety of users in terms of road traffic and public transport

The objective is to support communities in their investments in the public domain guaranteeing the safety of users in terms of road traffic and public transport, within the framework of operations to improve public transport and road traffic as defined by decree of the Ministry of Equipment, Housing, Regional Planning and Transport, namely: Article 1 er of Decree n°88.351 of April 12, 1988.

Eligible operations are investment operations for the enhancement of communal real estate assets:

1°) For public transport
a) Facilities and equipment improving user safety, public reception, access to networks, links between networks and with other modes of transport;
b) Roadworks, equipment intended for better operation of networks.
c) equipment ensuring user information, traffic evaluation and ticket control;
2°) For road traffic
a) Study and implementation of traffic plans;
b) Creation of parking lots;
c) Installation and development of traffic lights and horizontal signage;
d) Intersection development;
