Support for Structuring Visual Arts Venues and Projects

Objectives:

• Support permanent professional venues and structuring annual visual arts projects, locally anchored and with regional reach, playing a major role in creation, dissemination, and territorial cultural dynamics,
• Reduce territorial inequalities in access to culture,
• Encourage venues to network and seek new synergies aimed at improving the conditions for artistic creation and the cultural offering.

Beneficiaries:

Cultural associations, territorial authorities, and public or private law structures established in the Grand Est region. Only structures directed by professionals with expertise in their artistic discipline and able to justify the support of other public partners for their operation are concerned.

Nature and amount of aid:

Annual grant awarded based on the project and the provisional financing plan for the operation. The community reserves the right to propose, for certain structuring events with strong regional reach, to work on a multi-year agreement project. The involvement of other territorial authorities in these agreements will be sought.
