Support for Literary Events

The Region supports literary events that are part of a territorial dynamic, promoting the discovery of literary creation and authors, and involving stakeholders in the book industry.

As part of the review of grant applications, the following criteria are taken into account:

• Content of the action, particularly the quality of the program, upstream preparation, etc.,
• Consideration of the presence of authors in the project, and in particular their remuneration in accordance with professional practices,
• Nature of partnerships established with Ile-de-France book industry professionals and with the school world, particularly high school students,
• Inclusion in a territorial dynamic.

Nature of aid and amount

Grant of a maximum amount corresponding to 40% of eligible expenses, within the limit of a ceiling set at €100,000.

This rate can be increased to 50% for projects located in underserved geographical areas.
