Support collaborative and citizen projects to accelerate territorial changes and transitions

The territory faces major challenges in adapting our lifestyles to mitigate climate change and its consequences. The necessary reduction of our CO2 emissions and the scarcity of resources impose a perilous exercise. At the same time, society is undergoing significant changes, particularly in its lifestyles and social relationships, already expressed through initiatives of mutualization and cooperation.

To address these issues, it must rely on these citizen and collaborative initiatives to:

• Promote the emergence of Renewable Energies through collective and citizen projects
• Participate in changing agricultural practices and especially organizational models
• Encourage changes in practices in favor of ecological and energy transition

Rather than being thematic, this action is intended to be methodological, with the key word being mutualization and collaboration within the supported projects. It addresses the development of projects that will be supported by LEADER for an adaptation as close as possible to needs (mutualize and optimize rather than produce and consume) and the sustainability of the initiatives undertaken.
