Support for drinking water network interconnection works

Access to quality drinking water is a major challenge in the Eure-et-Loir department. This is why the Departmental Council provides financial aid and support to local authorities in the department for works to improve distribution and secure drinking water supply (network interconnection).

The Department has thus thoroughly reviewed its system for 2024 in order to accelerate, in particular, the renewal of networks. Thus, the rates and expenditure ceilings have been revised upwards to strengthen support for local authorities.

Eligible operations:

• works for the creation or extension of transfer structures (pipeline, reservoir, booster), production (operating boreholes, pumping station) and drinking water treatment (treatment plant),
• works for existing installations to be reinforced,
• works for the renewal of pipelines in order to maintain optimal performance,
• ancillary costs (project management, project owner assistance, publication, control (SPS), geotechnical studies, topographic surveys

Miscellaneous and unforeseen expenses are not eligible.

Amount of aid:
