The Call for Projects aims to target the missing links in the "Bulk and Deposit" value chain at the territorial scale by supporting projects that enable the structuring of this sector in the region.
The aid will target investments allowing for the creation of infrastructure, the purchase of equipment of which the structures would remain the owner, and materials necessary for the deployment of structuring projects, involving multiple partnerships, and whose objective will be to limit the use of single-use packaging and containers (excluding plastics) through reuse.
Projects must fall into one of the following 3 components:
Component 1: Support for projects for the acquisition of equipment and material necessary for the development of bulk sales and/or deposit and reuse
Component 2: Support for the creation of massification and distribution centers
Component 3: Support for the creation and installation of washing centers
Public actors (municipalities, EPCI, schools, health establishments……..) carrying out waste prevention and reduction projects, as well as companies, associations, and professional organizations carrying out circular economy projects in favor of reducing single-use packaging.
