What it is The incentive provides benefits in the form of subsidized loans for small and medium-sized enterprises, with mixed public-private provision at bank risk. The region intervenes by transferring zero-interest provision to the bank. Who it is for SMEs operating in the sectors specified below (ref. ATECO 2007 classification) are eligible for the benefits. L. R. January 17, 2002, n. 2: Artisan SMEs in all sectors - Requirement of registration in the register of artisan enterprises. Initiatives aimed at carrying out investments - The operational headquarters subject to the investment must be located in the territory of the Veneto Region. Financial support interventions - All operational headquarters must be located in the territory of the Veneto Region. What it foresees Benefits are provided for: - investment expenses - real estate investments, movable investments, intangible assets - site management expenses, studies, designs, external consultancy, connected with the investment program, and also aimed at marketing and promotion initiatives as well as obtaining quality certifications (max 10%) - financial support expenses - corporate recapitalization - corporate financial restructuring - short-term bank liability consolidation - other financial support initiatives.
