Description

What it is: Facilitations are foreseen in the form of subsidized loans for small and medium-sized enterprises, with mixed public-private provision at bank risk. The Region intervenes by transferring zero-interest provision to the bank. Who it is for: SMEs operating in the sectors specified below (ref. ATECO 2007 classification) are eligible for the facilitations. L. R. 9 February 2001, n. 5: SMEs operating in the following sectors: C, D, E, F, H, J, M72, A01.61. What it provides for - Investment expenses - Real estate investments, movable investments, intangible assets, site supervision expenses, studies, designs, external consulting services, connected with the investment program, and also aimed at marketing and promotion initiatives as well as obtaining quality certifications (max 10%). - Financial support expenses - Corporate recapitalization, Corporate financial restructuring, Consolidation of short-term bank liabilities - Other financial support initiatives. Applications for facilitation can be submitted continuously, as the facilitation is "over-the-counter" (art. 5, D. Lgs n.123/1998).
