Addressing fragile and distressed co-ownerships

1. Implementing observation and prevention mechanisms

The rehabilitation of degraded co-ownerships can be a heavy burden for your community. Two mechanisms offered by Anah contribute to preventing the degradation of co-ownerships. Their implementation allows for the early detection of fragile co-ownerships and intervention before they fall into difficulty.

• Co-ownership monitoring and observation (VOC): VOC is methodological and financial assistance for developing local observation approaches for fragile co-ownerships. It relies on the establishment of indicators within a scope you define, encompassing all or part of your territory. This allows you to best adjust your intervention policy and detect the fragility of certain co-ownerships as early as possible. You will be responsible for the project management of this observatory or entrust it to a specialized organization, such as an urban planning agency.

The amount of aid: 50% of the expense, up to €60,000 in Anah aid, for a minimum duration of three years.
