Enhancing heritage classified as historical monuments

Eligible projects:

This concerns restoration work on heritage protected as historical monuments, excluding maintenance work, and corresponding preliminary studies for:

• architectural heritage classified or listed as "Historical Monument" (churches, castles, historic residences);
• military heritage from the Middle Ages to 1870 classified as "Historical Monument" and more recent (after 1870) classified or listed as "Historical Monuments";
• industrial and technical heritage classified or listed as "Historical Monument";
• movable heritage protected as Historical Monuments, only as part of a global project on the edifice in which it is preserved.

Eligible expenses: The following can be taken into account in the calculation of eligible expenditure: investment expenses related to the works, preliminary studies, diagnostics, Architectural and Technical Projects – it will be verified that the data from the Regional Inventory Service has been integrated – and the first valorization – action towards the public to present the project, the construction site, the restoration.

Maximum rate:

• 30% of the eligible amount for owners of buildings located in a commune of less than 6000 inhabitants…
