Das Programm „Engineering for Civil Infrastructure“ (ECI) unterstützt Grundlagenforschung in den Bereichen Geotechnik, Bauwesen, Materialwissenschaften, Architektur und Küsteningenieurwesen. Das ECI-Programm fördert Forschung, die die Zukunft der physischen zivilen Infrastruktur des Landes gestalten und zur Anpassung an den Klimawandel und dessen Minderung sowie zur Widerstandsfähigkeit gegenüber Gefahren und Katastrophen beitragen kann. Arten von ziviler Infrastruktur, die das ECI-Programm berücksichtigt, umfassen, sind aber nicht beschränkt auf: Gebäude, Wohnbauten, Erd- und Erdstützbauwerke sowie Komponenten von Hochwasserschutzsystemen; Wasser-, Abfallentsorgungs- und Abwassersysteme; Energieinfrastruktur (ausgenommen Kernenergie); und Transportsysteme (ausgenommen Fahrbahnen). Sowohl disziplinäre als auch konvergente Forschung, die die Herausforderungen der physischen zivilen Infrastruktur angehen kann, um über ihre Lebensdauer hinweg widerstandsfähig und nachhaltig zu sein, ist von besonderem Interesse. Breitere Auswirkungen der ECI-Forschung umfassen die Förderung des Gemeinwohls für eine gerechte und wohlhabende Nation und die Förderung umweltfreundlicher Kreislaufwirtschaftspolitiken. Das Programm Ingenieurdesign und Systemtechnik (EDSE) unterstützt Grundlagenforschung, die die Designwissenschaft und/oder Systemwissenschaft durch die Schaffung neuen Wissens über das Design technischer Artefakte vorantreibt. Technische Artefakte umfassen, sind aber nicht beschränkt auf, Geräte, Produkte, Prozesse, Plattformen, Materialien, Organisationen, Systeme und Systeme von Systemen. Das Programm konzentriert sich auf Design als System, in dem Designer, die von ihnen geschaffenen Artefakte, die Methoden, die sie zu ihrer Schaffung verwenden, und die Umgebung, in der dies geschieht, alle einer rigorosen wissenschaftlichen Untersuchung unterliegen, zusammen mit den Wechselwirkungen zwischen diesen Elementen. Das Programm Biomechanik und Mechanobiologie (BMMB) ist Teil des Clusters Materialmechanik innerhalb der Abteilung für zivile, mechanische und Fertigungsinnovationen. Das BMMB-Programm unterstützt grundlegende und transformative Forschung, die unser Verständnis der technischen Biomechanik und/oder Mechanobiologie vorantreibt. Das Programm betont die Untersuchung der biologischen Mechanik über mehrere Domänen hinweg, von subzellulär bis zum gesamten Organismus. Im Gegensatz zu konventionellen technischen Materialien fördert das Programm die Betrachtung verschiedener lebender Gewebe als intelligente Materialien, die sich selbst gestalten. BMMB-Projekte müssen eine klare biologische Komponente, eine klare mechanische Komponente haben und unser Verständnis des mechanischen Verhaltens eines lebenden Systems verbessern. Untersuchungen des mechanischen Verhaltens biologischer Moleküle, Zellen, Gewebe und lebender Systeme sind willkommen. Ein wichtiges Anliegen ist der Einfluss von in vivo mechanischen Kräften auf die Zell- und Matrixbiologie bei der Histomorphogenese, Erhaltung, Regeneration, Reparatur und Alterung von Geweben und Organen. Das Programm ist auch an Bemühungen interessiert, aktuelle biomechanische und mechanobiologische Entdeckungen in die Ingenieurwissenschaften zu übertragen. Mechanics of Materials and Structures

The Mechanics of Materials and Structures program supports fundamental research in mechanics as related to the behavior of deformable solid materials and structures under internal and external actions. The program supports a diverse spectrum of research with emphasis on transformative advances in experimental, theoretical, and computational methods. Submitted proposals should clearly emphasize the contributions to the field of mechanics. Proposals related to material response are welcome, including, but not limited to, advances in fundamental understanding of deformation, fracture, and fatigue as well as contact and friction. Proposals that relate to structural response are also welcome, including, but not limited to, advances in the understanding of nonlinear deformation, instability and collapse, and wave propagation. Proposals addressing mechanics at the intersection of materials and structures, such as, but not limited to, meta-materials, hierarchical, micro-architectured and low-dimensional materials are also encouraged. Proposals that explore and build upon advanced computing techniques and tools to enable major advances in mechanics are particularly welcome. For example, proposals incorporating reduced-order modeling, data-driven techniques, and/or stochastic methods with a strong emphasis on validation are encouraged. Also welcome are proposals addressing data analytics for deformation or damage response deduction from large experimental and computational data sets. Similarly, proposals that explore new experimental techniques to capture deformation and failure information for extreme ranges of loading or material behavior are also encouraged. Finally, experimental and computational methods that address information across multiple length and time scales, potentially involving multiphysics considerations are also welcome. Proposals with a focus on buildings and civil infrastructure system are welcome in CMMI and should be submitted to the program on Structural and Architectural Engineering Materials (SAEM). Proposals addressing processing and mechanical performance enhancements should be submitted to the Materials Engineering and Processing (MEP) program. Investigators with proposals focused on design methodological approaches and theory enabling the accelerated development and insertion of materials should consider the Design of Engineering Material Systems (DEMS) program. Lastly, investigators with interest in developing a combined theoretical and experimental approach to accelerate materials discovery and development should direct their proposals to the Designing Materials to Revolutionize and Engineer Our Future (DMREF) opportunity. Awards will be made as cooperative agreements to accredited Minority Serving Institutions (MSIs) partnered with non-profit organizations in the United States that are eligible to apply for this NASA Research Announcement (NRA). The period of performance for an award is up to 2 years. Prospective proposers are requested to submit any questions in writing to NASAMUSIC@nasaprs.com no later than 10 business days before the proposal due date so that NASA will have sufficient time to respond. Proposers to this NRA are required to have the following, no later than the due date: 1) a Data Universal Numbering System (DUNS) number, 2) a valid registration with the System for Award Management (SAM) [formerly known as the Central Contractor Registry (CCR)], 3) a valid Commercial And Government Entity (CAGE) Code, 4) a valid registration with NASA Solicitation and Proposal Integrated Review and Evaluation System (NSPIRES) (this also applies to any entities proposed for sub-awards or subcontracts.) Consult Appendix H Section H.3.1 for more eligibility information. Consult Appendix H Section 2.2 regarding teaming requirements and partnership guidelines. Assembling MSIs and their stakeholders with common interests, and challenges then provide common tools for MSIs to increase efficiency and optimize resources including opportunities to develop formal and informal partnerships. Every institution that intends to submit a proposal to this NRA, including the proposed prime award or any partner whether an education institution, other non-profit institutions, and other organizations that will serve as sub-awardees or contractors, must be registered in NSPIRES. Cos’è Finanziamenti agevolati a tasso zero a piccole e medie imprese e professionisti vittime di mancati pagamenti. A chi si rivolge Possono ottenere i finanziamenti agevolati le piccole e medie imprese (PMI) e i professionisti che, tra l’altro:1. risultino parti offese in un procedimento penale - avviato in data precedente la presentazione della domanda - avente per oggetto mancati pagamenti da parte di debitori imputati dei delitti, commessi nell’ambito dell’attività d’impresa, di cui agli articoli: 629 del codice penale (estorsione), 640 del codice penale (truffa), 641 del codice penale (insolvenza fraudolenta), 2621 del codice civile (false comunicazioni sociali), 216 della legge fallimentare (bancarotta fraudolenta), 217 della legge fallimentare (bancarotta semplice), 218 della legge fallimentare (ricorso abusivo al credito), 223 della legge fallimentare (fatti di bancarotta fraudolenta), 224 della legge fallimentare (fatti di bancarotta semplice), 225 della legge fallimentare (ricorso abusivo al credito). 2. si trovino in una situazione di potenziale crisi di liquidità a causa dei mancati pagamenti da parte dei debitori imputati (crediti non incassati nei confronti dei debitori imputati pari almeno al 20% del totale dei “Crediti verso clienti” di cui alla lettera C) II - 1) dell’articolo 2424 del codice civile), 3. presentino sufficienti capacità di rimborso del finanziamento agevolato. Le PMI devono essere iscritte nel registro delle imprese e risultare nel pieno e libero esercizio dei propri diritti (non risultare in stato di scioglimento o liquidazione - non essere sottoposte a procedure concorsuali per insolvenza o ad accordi stragiudiziali o piani asseverati o ad accordi di ristrutturazione dei debiti). Sono ammissibili le PMI in concordato preventivo in continuità. I professionisti devono essere iscritti agli ordini professionali ovvero aderire alle associazioni professionali iscritte nell’elenco tenuto dal Ministero dello sviluppo economico ai sensi della legge n. 4/2013 (deve essere inviata l’attestazione rilasciata ai sensi della medesima legge n. 4/2013). Se il debitore è una persona giuridica il procedimento penale deve risultare a carico del legale rappresentante o di altra persona fisica riconducibile al debitore-persona giuridica. Cosa prevede L’agevolazione consiste in un finanziamento: - a tasso zero, - di importo non superiore ai crediti del soggetto beneficiario nei confronti dei debitori imputati, documentati nell’ambito del procedimento penale, e comunque non superiore a euro 500.000, - di durata compresa tra i tre e i dieci anni, comprensivi di un periodo di preammortamento massimo di due anni, concesso nei limiti di intensità agevolativa previsti, a seconda del settore di appartenenza del soggetto beneficiario, dai Regolamenti “de minimis” n. 1407/2013, n.1408/2013 e n. 717/2014.

Cos'è L'incentivo prevede un contributo a fondo perduto per spese connesse all'avvio e al funzionamento dei primi tre anni di attività professionale in forma individuale. L’ammontare del contributo è pari al 50% delle spese ammesse. Il contributo minimo è pari a 1.500,00 euro e il contributo massimo è pari a 20.000,00 euro. Il triennio corrisponde ai primi tre anni di svolgimento dell’attività professionale in forma individuale decorrenti dalla data di rilascio del certificato di attribuzione del numero di partita I. V. A. da parte dell’Agenzia delle entrate territorialmente competente. Nel caso in cui sia intervenuta la variazione del codice attività (ATECO) l’inizio del triennio coincide con la data di variazione del codice attività. La variazione deve essere riferita ad un’attività professionale che non avrebbe potuto essere esercitata con il codice attività già posseduto. La domanda può essere presentata per due volte nell’arco del triennio fino al raggiungimento del limite massimo di contributo pari a 20.000,00 euro. Non sono finanziabili le domande presentate successivamente alla scadenza del termine del triennio di attività. In deroga, le domande di contributo presentate esclusivamente per spese già sostenute nei dodici mesi precedenti la data di presentazione della domanda, effettuate nel triennio di attività, possono essere presentate entro sessanta giorni decorrenti dalla scadenza del triennio stesso La domanda di contributo deve essere presentate in bollo (16,00 euro) esclusivamente tramite sistema telematico dedicato e accessibile dal sito web della Regione FVG (vedi link presente in questa pagina alla voce "Link istituzionale"). Cosa prevede Sono ammesse a contributo le spese strettamente connesse all’avvio e al funzionamento dei primi tre anni di attività professionale, sostenute nel triennio. Il piano di spesa può comprendere spese sostenute nei 12 mesi precedenti la data di presentazione della domanda (fatture completamente pagate) e/o spese da sostenere successivamente la data di presentazione della domanda e entro il termine di realizzazione degli interventi (preventivi o fatture non completamente pagate). Tipologie di spesa ammesse a contributo:- attrezzature tecnologiche finalizzate all’impianto e allo svolgimento dell’attività, beni strumentali, macchine d’ufficio, attrezzature e hardware; con l’esclusione dei beni di facili consumo- arredi- spese obbligatorie per l’esercizio della professione mediante l’utilizzo di strumentazione professionale- software- realizzazione o revisione di un sito internet- spese per l’attivazione di un indirizzo di posta elettronica certificata e suo mantenimento- sistemi di sicurezza per contrastare atti criminosi, quali impianti di allarme, blindature, porte e rafforzamento serrature, telecamere antirapina e sistemi antifurto, casseforti, nonché interventi similari; tali spese non possono essere effettuate per l’abitazione principale- iscrizione a associazioni o enti che favoriscono e tutelano la professione ed erogano servizi connessi con l’attività professionale esercitata- abbonamenti a pubblicazioni specializzate e a banche dati- testi- materiali e servizi relativi a pubblicità e attività promozionali- adempimenti previsti per legge per l’avvio e l’esercizio dell’attività professionale, consistenti in: contributi minimi per oneri previdenziali, premio di assicurazione per la responsabilità professionale e la tutela legale, se obbligatoria, e spese connesse con l’iscrizione a Ordini e Collegi professionali, con l’esclusione dei corsi di formazione e aggiornamento professionale- adeguamento o ristrutturazione dei locali adibiti o da adibire all’esercizio dell’attività professionale, se diversi dall’abitazione principale. Il limite massimo di spesa è pari a 10.000,00 euro e i locali oggetto dell’intervento devono essere di proprietà del beneficiario o nella disponibilità dello stesso mediante adeguato titolo almeno fino al termine di scadenza del vincolo di destinazione di cui all’articolo 13 del D. P. Reg. 222/Pres./2015 e s.m.i.- locazione di immobili o porzioni di immobili adibiti esclusivamente all’esercizio dell’attività professionale, se diversi dall’abitazione principale, nel limite massimo di spesa pari a 10.000,00 euro e per il periodo massimo finanziabile di dodici mesi- premio e spese di istruttoria per l’ottenimento di garanzie, in forma di fideiussioni, rilasciate nell’interesse del beneficiario da banche o istituti assicurativi, nel limite di spesa massima pari a 2.000,00 euro- spese connesse ai servizi di coworking Le spese ammissibili sono al netto dell’IVA. Was ist ein Zuschuss zur Deckung von Ausgaben im Zusammenhang mit der Gründung und dem Betrieb der ersten drei Jahre einer assoziierten Praxis oder einer Freiberuflergesellschaft. Die Höhe des Zuschusses beträgt 50 % der zulässigen Ausgaben. Sie erhöht sich auf 70 % der zulässigen Ausgaben für assoziierte Formen oder Gesellschaften von Freiberuflern, die ausschließlich aus jungen Freiberuflern bestehen, die noch nicht 36 Jahre alt sind. Der Mindestzuschuss beträgt 1.500,00 Euro und der Höchstzuschuss 30.000,00 Euro. Der Zuschussantrag muss mit einer Stempelgebühr (16,00 Euro) ausschließlich über ein spezielles elektronisches System eingereicht werden, das über die Website der Region FVG zugänglich ist (siehe Link auf dieser Seite unter „Institutioneller Link“). Das Dreijahreszeitraum entspricht den ersten drei Jahren der freiberuflichen Tätigkeit in assoziierter oder gesellschaftlicher Form, beginnend mit dem Datum der Ausstellung der Umsatzsteuer-Identifikationsnummer durch das zuständige Finanzamt. Der Antrag kann zweimal innerhalb des Dreijahreszeitraums gestellt werden, bis das Höchstbeitragsziel von 30.000,00 Euro erreicht ist. Anträge, die nach Ablauf der Dreijahresfrist gestellt werden, sind nicht förderfähig. Cos'è Smart&Start Italia è uno strumento agevolativo istituito con decreto del Ministro dello sviluppo economico 24 settembre 2014 e successive modificazioni e integrazioni, finalizzato a promuovere, su tutto il territorio nazionale, le condizioni per la diffusione di nuova imprenditorialità e sostenere le politiche di trasferimento tecnologico e di valorizzazione economica dei risultati del sistema della ricerca pubblica e privata. Con decreto del Ministro dello sviluppo economico del 30 agosto 2019, adottato in attuazione delle disposizioni di cui all’articolo 29, comma 3, del decreto-legge 30 aprile 2019, n. 34, sono state apportate modifiche al predetto decreto 24 settembre 2014, finalizzate ad una revisione della disciplina attuativa dell’intervento improntata, tra l’altro, alla semplificazione e accelerazione delle procedure di accesso, concessione e erogazione delle agevolazioni, anche attraverso l’aggiornamento delle modalità di valutazione delle iniziative e di rendicontazione delle spese sostenute dai beneficiari. Con circolare della Direzione Generale per gli incentivi alle imprese n. 439196 del 16 dicembre 2019 sono stati definiti i criteri e le modalità per l’accesso, la concessione e l’erogazione delle agevolazioni. A chi si rivolge La misura agevolativa è riservata alle startup innovative, localizzate su tutto il territorio nazionale, iscritte nell’apposita sezione speciale del registro imprese e in possesso dei requisiti di cui all’articolo 25 del decreto-legge n. 179/2012. Le startup devono essere costituite da non più di 60 mesi alla data di presentazione della domanda e devono essere classificabili di piccola dimensione. Possono presentare domanda di agevolazione anche le persone fisiche che intendono costituire una startup innovativa. In tal caso, la costituzione della società deve intervenire entro 30 giorni dalla comunicazione di ammissione alle agevolazioni. Possono ottenere le agevolazioni Smart&Start Italia anche le imprese straniere che si impegnano a istituire almeno una sede operativa sul territorio italiano. Cosa prevede Smart&Start Italia finanzia piani d’impresa, di importo compreso tra 100 mila euro e 1,5 milioni di euro, comprendenti le seguenti categorie di spese: - immobilizzazioni materiali quali impianti, macchinari e attrezzature tecnologici, ovvero tecnico-scientifici, nuovi di fabbrica, purché coerenti e funzionali all’attività d’impresa, - immobilizzazioni immateriali necessarie all’attività oggetto dell’iniziativa agevolata, quali brevetti, marchi e licenze, certificazioni, know-how e conoscenze tecniche, anche non brevettate, correlate alle esigenze produttive e gestionali dell’impresa, - servizi funzionali alla realizzazione del piano d’impresa, direttamente correlati alle esigenze produttive dell’impresa (progettazione, sviluppo, personalizzazione e collaudo di soluzioni architetturali informatiche e di impianti tecnologici produttivi, consulenze specialistiche tecnologiche, servizi forniti da incubatori e acceleratori d’impresa e quelli relativi al marketing ed al web-marketing, costi connessi alle collaborazioni instaurate con organismi di ricerca ai fini della realizzazione del piano d’impresa), - personale dipendente e collaboratori a qualsiasi titolo aventi i requisiti indicati all’articolo 25, comma 2, lettera h), numero 2), del decreto-legge n. 179/2012, nella misura in cui sono impiegati funzionalmente nella realizzazione del piano d’impresa. Nei limiti del 20% delle predette spese è altresì ammissibile a contribuzione un importo a copertura delle esigenze di capitale circolante connesse al sostenimento di spese per materie prime, servizi necessari allo svolgimento delle attività dell’impresa (ivi compresi quelli di hosting e di housing) e godimento di beni di terzi. I piani di impresa devono essere avviati successivamente alla presentazione della domanda e devono essere conclusi entro 24 mesi dalla data di stipula del contratto di finanziamento. Con circolare del Direttore generale per gli incentivi alle imprese 4 luglio 2022, n. 253833 sono state apportate alla circolare n. 439196 del 16 dicembre 2019 le necessarie modifiche e integrazioni per adeguarne il contenuto alle nuove previsioni dettate dal decreto 24 febbraio 2022. La circolare prevede la possibilità di presentare, secondo le modalità e gli schemi resi disponibili dal Soggetto gestore nell’apposita sezione del sito dedicata alla misura Smart&Start Italia, le richieste di conversione di una quota del finanziamento agevolato in contributo a fondo perduto a partire dal giorno 14 luglio 2022. In via di prima applicazione, le richieste possono essere presentate anche dalle imprese che, alla medesima data, siano state già ammesse alle agevolazioni previste per la realizzazione dei piani di impresa e che non abbiano terminato tali piani da oltre 24 mesi.

International Ocean Discovery Program Operations The International Ocean Discovery Program (IODP) serves to advance basic research in the marine geosciences and is supported by the National Science Foundation (NSF) and its international partners. The science plan, Illuminating Earth's Past, Present, and Future: The International Ocean Discovery Program Science Plan for 2013-2023 , provides justification for the United States' participation in the IODP and reflects the top priorities of the international science community. A multi-platform approach is required to address the goals outlined in the IODP science plan, including a non-riser vessel to collect widely-distributed high-resolution cores to address climate, environmental, crustal and observatory science objectives; a heavy riser-equipped vessel to reach the deep sedimentary and crustal layers; and mission-specific platforms to support high-latitude and shallow-water projects. The light drillship, JOIDES Resolution , is provided by the U.S. National Science Foundation. Science operations for the JOIDES Resolution are conducted through a Cooperative Agreement with Texas A&M University with scientific planning conducted by the JOIDES Resolution Facility Board . The Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology (MEXT) of Japan provides the heavy drillship, Chikyu (Earth), to conduct the deep drilling projects in the new program. The Center for Deep Earth Exploration of the Independent Administrative Institution, Japan Agency for Marine-Earth Science and Technology (JAMSTEC) operates the vessel for IODP. Scientific planning for Chikyu IODP operations is conducted by the Chikyu IODP Board . Mission Specific Platforms (MSP) are provided by the European Consortium for Ocean Research Drilling (ECORD) . The ECORD Facility Board conducts scientific planning for MSP expeditions and the platforms themselves are operated by the European Science Operator (ESO) . A Science Support Office (SSO) is provided by Scripps Institution of Oceanography, University of California San Diego under a Cooperative Agreement with the National Science Foundation. The SSO&rsquo;s primary tasks include: providing logistical support for the JOIDES Resolution Facility Board and its advisory panels overseeing the proposal submission and review process managing the Site Survey Data Bank providing a gateway website to IODP scientific planning U.S. scientific community involvement in IODP is facilitated by the United States Science Support Program (USSSP) for Ocean Drilling. USSSP is run by Lamont-Doherty Earth Observatory of Columbia University under a Cooperative Agreement with the National Science Foundation. USSSP&rsquo;s primary tasks are: support for U.S.-based researchers to participate on IODP expeditions, participate on the IODP advisory panels, and conduct initial post-expedition research support for planning and thematic workshops and pre-drilling activities to collect, refine, and/or integrate site specific and/or regional data that aid in planning drilling expeditions support outreach activities on IODP drilling platforms, for graduate students fellowships, and an IODP-themed lecture series. United States Science Support for Drilling-Related Research Grant support for drilling-related research performed by United States scientists is available from the NSF. Proposals for most pre-expedition (e.g., site characterization) and post-expedition studies should be submitted through the appropriate NSF programs, such as Ocean Sciences Marine Geology and Geophysics, Earth Sciences, Polar Programs, etc. Additional drilling-related research support for United States scientists may be obtained via the U.S. Science Support Program . Funding opportunities from this NSF-sponsored program include, but are not limited to: supplemental funding (<$18,000) for post-expedition research by U.S scientists who participate in IODP expeditions planning activities, such as workshops on specific ocean-drilling scientific themes, topics, or geographic regions pre-drilling activities to acquire data or information that will enhance a drilling expedition.
