Support the development of 4-season tourism

L'Établissement public foncier d'Occitanie (Public Land Establishment of Occitanie) intervenes in public interest projects to provide tailored land management, without seeking any remuneration for its actions. It can:

• support the local authority in the design and feasibility study (technical, economic, and legal) of its project;
• acquire, upon request and on behalf of the local authority, the properties necessary for the future realization of the project, then hold them until the project's launch before transferring them to the authority or directly to the operator responsible for its implementation.
