These partnerships are framed in the form of agreements that aim to deploy the issues and objectives in line with the Region's strategic orientations, inscribed in the Climate Plan "Gardons une COP d’avance" and its variations such as the regional strategy for nautical activities, the Regional Interest Operation for the Sea Economy, or the Sailing Plan
