This involves financing the activity programs of the key stakeholders involved in implementing regional policies and supporting collective actions for the development of the economy, employment, and training in the maritime activities sector.

These partnerships are structured in the form of agreements aimed at deploying the challenges and objectives related to the Region's strategic orientations, included in the climate plan « Gardons une COP d’avance » and its derivatives such as the regional strategy in favor of yachting, the Opération d’Intérêt Régional Economie de la Mer or the Plan voile.
