Support ski resorts so that they can achieve carbon neutrality by 2030 with zero CO2 emissions

Through the "Contrat Stations 2030" (AMI) call for expressions of interest, the ambition of the Sud Region is threefold:

• Actively continue its support for investment in resorts, in light of the expertise provided by the prospective study and taking into account the specificities of each project territory. Regional support will primarily favor the maintenance of winter sports, the diversification of tourist activities, and environmental innovation.
• Support ski resorts so that they can achieve carbon neutrality by 2030 with zero CO2 emissions.
• Give tourism stakeholders in the Southern Alps the opportunity to present their approaches to evolving the economic and tourist development model of mountain resorts integrated into their valley ecosystem by 2030-2050.

The "Contrats stations 2030: a head start" Call for Expressions of Interest is aimed at the following mountain stakeholders:

• Local authorities and their groupings
• Public Intermunicipal Cooperation Establishments
• Regional Natural Parks
• Mixed Syndicates
• Mixed Economy Companies
• Local Public Companies
• Management structures for ski areas, including personalized management
• Private companies and operators
• Associations
