What it is: The measure provides for the granting of a capital contribution in compliance with EU regulation no. 2023/2831. This subsidy is aimed at sole proprietorships or companies that rent rooms and holiday apartments and carry out business investments. Such investments may concern: - renovation; - modernization; - purchase of furnishings; - consultancy; - training; - dissemination of knowledge related to the activity. Who it is for: The service is aimed at businesses in Alto Adige that manage an activity referred to in provincial law no. 12/95: - sole proprietorship renting holiday rooms; - sole proprietorship renting holiday apartments; - company renting holiday rooms; - company renting holiday apartments. What it provides: The subsidy provides for the granting of a capital contribution from 30 to 50%.
