INVESTMENT AID FOR FACILITIES HOUSING THE ELDERLY, DISABLED PERSONS, CHILDREN ENTRUSTED TO CHILD WELFARE SERVICES: PROJECT FOR BONUS

Objective

Investment aid is provided to social and medico-social facilities.

Bonuses can be requested for projects with specific characteristics.

This regulation is part of the implementation of the current solidarity scheme.

Eligible Operations

Additional bonuses may be granted to the project if the operation includes:

• An exemplary home automation project aimed at improving the quality of care;
• A particularly innovative project (e.g., platform, specific care, inter-device allowing continuity of educational support and avoiding pathway disruptions, ...);
• Particularly innovative construction, including in terms of environmental standards;
• A multidisciplinary project (mental health, disability, penal, ...)
• Sharing of premises or outdoor spaces with another facility for the elderly, disabled, or children, or any other local operator (daycare centers, municipalities);
• Opening of the facility to the outside:
  • By setting up a shop or paramedical activity,
  • By welcoming the elderly, disabled persons, or caregivers from the area (meals, activities, support)
  • By supporting professionals in the sector (support platform)
