INVESTMENT AID FOR FACILITIES HOUSING THE ELDERLY, DISABLED PERSONS, CHILDREN ENTRUSTED TO CHILD WELFARE SERVICES: REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT AID

Objective

Investment aid is provided to social and medico-social facilities.

The Departmental Council supports construction or rehabilitation operations:

• Of facilities housing the elderly, for places eligible for social assistance, in order to limit the impact of these operations on the financial participation of individuals.
• Of accommodation facilities for disabled persons under departmental jurisdiction, exclusive or joint with the ARS, integrated into the logic of global recomposition of the offer managed by the Department and the ARS, for authorized places occupied by Drôme residents.
• Of facilities housing children from child welfare services for authorized places occupied by Drôme residents.

Bonuses can be requested for projects with specific characteristics. This regulation is part of the implementation of the current solidarity scheme.

Eligible Operations

• construction, total or partial reconstruction of a facility, excluding feasibility studies prior to the investment project,
• on-site rehabilitation works,
• capacity extension works,
• renovations or modernizations of the information system for facilities housing children…
