Support for the dissemination of live performances: festivals, cultural seasons

In the field of live performance dissemination, whatever the discipline offered, the intervention of the departmental community aims to support organizers of cultural events or cultural seasons, who offer in the Landes territory a program based on creations led by professional artists, who arrange venues to best accommodate works, audiences and artists, and who implement a mode of action likely to retain spectators.

Among its intervention priorities, the Department is committed to supporting projects that commit to promoting qualitative access to culture for audiences who are most distant from it, as well as those that develop action programs that contribute to the artistic and cultural education of young people. It also pays particular attention to projects that aim to ensure the diversity of live performance offerings in the Landes territory, by promoting the least present aesthetics and disciplines, and to those that support professional artistic excellence.

The departmental aid aims to reinforce that provided locally by municipalities, groups of municipalities or other public partners. It accompanies the financial effort committed in terms of programming and technical management.
