The PETR Pays Tolosan, located in Haute-Garonne, comprises 5 EPCI (intermunicipal structures) grouping 73 communes with a population of 120,000 inhabitants. It acts as a local relay for national and regional public policies, aiming to enhance and support economic, socio-cultural, leisure (etc.) development projects to strengthen its attractiveness. It coordinates several contractual tools to carry out actions in line with its territorial project. To this end, the PETR Pays Tolosan can support projects from local authorities, associations, and businesses through:

1. The Occitanie/Pyrénées Méditerranée Territorial Contract 2018-2021

2. The Rurality Contract 2017-2021 signed with the State

3. The European LEADER program 2014-2020

Under these contractual procedures, the PETR Pays Tolosan services can be called upon to provide technical assistance in finding financial resources that can be mobilized for project implementation, as well as for monitoring grant application files with partners.
