Apply for the call for expressions of interest for the occupation of a building in Puget-Théniers (06)

Under an agreement with the State, approved by ministerial decree of December 19, 1972, SYMA, Syndicat Mixte Méditerranée Alpes, was granted the concession for the secondary network of general interest of the Chemins de Fer de Provence. Since January 1, 2007, the concession has been transferred by amendment n°2 to the concession agreement, to the Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur Region. This agreement provides in its article 3 for the possibility for the concessionaire to dispose of the network's domain for purposes consistent with the general interest.

In application of article L. 2122-1-1 of the General Code of Public Property, the Region is launching a call for expressions of interest for the occupation of this building in the commune of Puget-Théniers.

The future occupant(s) will not be able to invoke legislation relating to leases of any kind (civil, commercial, professional or others).
