Complete the Natura 2000 scheme funded via the EAFRD

The objective of this intervention framework is to complete the Natura 2000 scheme funded via the EAFRD and to specify the aid that can be allocated within the regional framework:

• By financing certain Natura 2000 contracts,
• By encouraging owners to sustain the investment through an ORE for the contracting of a Natura 2000 contract.

The people:

• natural or legal persons;
• public or private;

who have:

• real or personal rights over the areas on which the operations apply;
• or a mandate legally qualifying them to intervene in these areas.
   

Specific conditions: non-agricultural purpose of actions implemented by persons practicing an agricultural activity: 

Natural or legal persons practicing an agricultural activity within the meaning of Article L.311-1 of the Rural Code can only sign a Natura 2000 contract on areas declared to the CAP for the following non-agricultural actions (actions specified in the paragraph on eligible expenses):

• Innovative operations in favor of species or habitats of community interest (N27Pi – see Annex) ;
• Artificial developments in favor of species of community interest justifying the designation of the site (N23Pi – See Annex) ;
