Diagnose the energy performance of your public buildings with the ACTEE program

Do you want to undertake energy renovation work on a public building? Are you wondering which works to prioritize? About possible financial aid and types of support?

The SDE35 has set up a service dedicated to the energy renovation of local authority buildings, SERENE, whose objective is to scale up energy renovation work by providing local authorities with comprehensive technical and financial support.

ACTEE is a national CEE (energy saving certificates) program, supported at the departmental level by the SDE35. Since 2023, the SDE35 has been a laureate of the ACTEE+ program. It thus coordinates a mutualized grouping, as for ACTEE 2, with the CEP services of Ille-et-Vilaine.
