Concealing overhead public electricity, public lighting, and telecommunications networks

The SDED 52 has had the competence known as "public electricity distribution" since its origins.

In this regard, it owns and is responsible for the management of electricity distribution networks and relies on a concession contract with Enedis for the daily operation of the network.

Furthermore, the Syndicate acts as project owner for a number of works on the public distribution network, including operations to conceal overhead networks.

These operations have the major objectives of securing networks from climatic incidents, strengthening them, and contributing to an aesthetic improvement of the urban environment.

The SDED 52 acts as project owner and project manager for these operations and, according to the provisions of its financial regulations, calls for a contribution from the commune of between 25% and 100% of the ex-tax amount of the works.
