Objective
To help municipalities and their groupings enhance their built heritage and public spaces, and to carry out projects that have a structuring and clear character at the scale of the living area.
Eligible Operations
Investment operations for the enhancement of municipal real estate heritage are eligible:
- Municipal Buildings: construction, development, global renovation and restructuring of: town halls, unprotected religious buildings, community centers and village halls, rural community facilities, cemeteries, administrative or technical premises, market halls, war memorials, exhibition halls, meeting rooms, post offices, tax offices, rural multi-purpose shops in the absence of any other business in the municipality, etc.
- Accessibility of public facilities
- Primary school buildings and/or early childhood facilities: construction, extension and restructuring of schools, school groups or school restaurants, early childhood facilities.
- Sports facilities: creation or restructuring.
- Village developments: requalification of town centers, development of public spaces in connection with operations crossing through urban areas, squares, leisure areas (excluding wetlands).
