Develop mobility plans and local travel schemes

This scheme aims to:

- develop travel schemes in the territory, particularly in the form of a Mobility Plan for agglomerations of more than 100,000 inhabitants or in the form of Local Travel Schemes, etc...

- develop the use of public transport by promoting the adaptation and sizing of existing networks to the needs of residents and by organizing their complementarity,

- make public transport more competitive and attractive than private cars, promote intermodality.
