Promoting multimodal exchange hub development projects

Financial participation concerns only stations where numerous modes of transport and several transport networks (regional and/or departmental and/or urban) converge. The maximum level of intervention by the Region in terms of financial participation in projects for the creation of multimodal exchange hubs (as a % of the amount of works excluding VAT and land) and for making stations accessible to people with disabilities and reduced mobility is defined according to the status of the station:

• Main line station: 15% PEM - 20% accessibility
• Regional station: 20% PEM - 30% accessibility
• Extra-regional station: 10% PEM - 10% accessibility

• The amount indicated applies to regional stations and main line stations.
• For extra-regional stations, the amount is capped at 3,000,000€.

The region's participation in the creation of multimodal exchange hubs outside the Single Territorial Contract concerns only developments designed to strengthen intermodality. In this context, urban developments whose realization has no direct effect on the functioning of the PEM, such as road developments, as long as they do not contribute to improving access conditions to the station and ensuring good traffic flow generated by the PEM's activity, are not eligible for funding…
