Local Decision-Maker Advisor (CDL)
The local decision-maker advisor (CDL) is an executive from the Directorate General of Public Finance (DGFiP), an expert in advising local elected officials and their financial services. They offer individualized advice to authorizing officers to meet their needs on various subjects. They are attached to the departmental or regional Directorate of Public Finance.
The creation of this function is part of the new local network set up by the DGFiP in 2020 to strengthen its presence in the territories. Its deployment is planned until 2023 with the objective of one CDL per EPCI.
