Regional Mission for Advice to Public Decision-Makers (MRCDP)

An advisory mission established at the regional level with each regional Directorate of Public Finances (DRFiP), with the exception of Corsica and overseas territories.

The MRCDP offers multi-skilled services on predominantly financial, tax, and economic subjects when the stakes of the cases are considered important, sensitive, or of regional dimension.

The scope of competence of the MRCDP is mainly focused on public decision-makers in the State sphere (prefects, ARS, rectorates, CROUS, and national public establishments) and large local authorities.

This decision-making aid for major partners on complex and/or high-stakes subjects is mainly structured around the following 3 themes:

• financial, tax, or budgetary analysis (sustainability studies) and the realization of studies on the economic and financial health of a territory;
• advice on complex contractual arrangements and organizational expertise of structures;
• the proposal of innovative offers and the analysis of the consequences, particularly economic (profitability, impact study), of a public investment project.
